Looking for Book Clubs.
Book clubs are so fun. I've enjoyed every one I've done and with zoom, I can go anywhere. Thanks to the person in Venice, Florida who put her tablet to the window so I could watch the sun set over the ocean! 🌊 I find that folks enjoy hearing about how The Car Thief came … Continue reading Looking for Book Clubs.

Like me, Kelly, the young protagonist in The Car Thief, is a voracious reader. Early in the novel, while in a children's emergency … Continue reading Kelly’s Reading List

If you enjoyed reading The Car Thief, please help me spread the word by posting it on your Facebook … Continue reading Publishing during a pandemic.
Welcome to my website and blog.
Many thanks to my great designer, Kimber Gray, for developing this for me. I'm excited to have a way to connect with readers about my books as well as the other things near and dear to my heart: juvenile justice reform, foster care and other at-risk kids, native plants, hiking, biking, and of course, horses. For this first post, I also want to do a couple of shout outs.
